CONCLUSION

Education has traditionally been seen as the process of transmission of knowledge acquired by the teacher to his student, however the teaching-learning process goes further and links different aspects that should be taken into account in the teaching, such as planning of lessons, academic resources, identification of previous knowledge.

Although there are pedagogical models, and authors who have researched and proposed the didactics of each teaching area, it is the practice that gives the teacher the guidelines to improve their work, perhaps the teacher takes as a reference pedagogues and researchers, however, it could be affirmed that each teacher has its own methodology, adapted to the needs and interests of the population. But this is only achieved if he is able to reflect on his performance, but this is the result of a continuous monitoring process, in which the proposed objectives are evaluated, the suitability of the proposed activities, the pertinence of the resources and materials designed or used in each lesson, the performance of the participants, and the development of the lesson as such.

But it is not enough to evaluate the teaching process, it is necessary to design personal improvement plans based on the results obtained, it could be said that the teaching work is a cyclical process in which it must be planned, executed, evaluated and adjusted if it is necessary. It is worth noting that what happens in the classroom or virtual learning environment is the product of proper planning, even so, anything can happen therefore there must be flexibility, without neglecting aspects of students such as motivation and the determination.

In conclusion, the pedagogical reflection is the best tool that the teacher has to evaluate his work, since it allows him to identify the strengths, as well as the weaknesses and from them adjust the process if necessary, although knowledge is a fundamental part of the teaching task, it is not the only thing; The most important thing is the passion and determination with which our work is carried out.
